Enterprise Leadership for Transformation 2.0 (ELT 2.0) is a seven-month business transformation journey designed to help SME leaders unlock new growth, sharpen strategy, harness AI and technology, improve business performance, and build the capabilities to scale. Developed by NUS Business School in partnership with Enterprise Singapore, and supported by LinHart Group and OCBC, the programme combines executive learning, peer advisory and individual business coaching, culminating in a practical Business Growth Plan for each participant’s enterprise.
